Frequently Asked Questions Answered

We answer your frequently asked questions about our ERP SaaS solution for clients in the tour operators, charter buses, and equipment hire sectors in Australia and New Zealand.

What does ERP stand for?

Enterprise Resource Planning system – a software system that integrates and automates all the essential business processes of an organisation.

At the moment we are focused on clients in Australia and New Zealand. The system supports multiple currencies and can operate in other countries with similar taxation rules.

The system is Microsoft .NET (Dot Net) framework and is updated periodically in line with Microsoft’s releases.
Unlike many other ERP providers, we specialise in provision of a truly tailored software. Some small improvements and additions to a standard industry configuration are possible. If your business requires extensive software changes then we would recommend creation of a separate server instance for your business (effectively a private cloud) for an additional monthly fee. One-off development and implementation costs will be quoted after an extensive “map and gap” analysis. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss and understand your unique requirements.
The implementation time for an ERP system depends on the size and complexity of your business. Typically, the process can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. During this time, you’ll have access to a test system where your data can be imported and your staff can become familiar with the platform through hands-on training. When it’s time to “Go Live,” we copy your test system to the live system, making the cutover from your old platform to the new one instant. Since your team will already be familiar with the test system, the transition will be seamless, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations.
Absolutely. Our ERP systems are hosted in secure Tier 2 Data Centres, which are ideal for small to medium-sized businesses with moderately critical workloads. These centres provide 99.741% uptime, equivalent to less than 22 hours of downtime per year, and incorporate state-of-the-art encryption, firewalls, and other security measures to protect your sensitive information. Additionally, all data is backed up nightly to ensure it is recoverable in the event of unforeseen issues. We also comply with Australian data privacy regulations, guaranteeing that your information is handled with the highest standards of care.
Yes! As an all-in-one ERP solution built on the Microsoft .NET framework, it is designed as an open system, meaning it is not dependent on other tools. However, if your bookings are collected through other platforms, our ERP system can seamlessly integrate with them using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Our system supports bi-directional communication (depending on the capabilities of the other system), allowing data to flow both ways—from our server to theirs and vice versa. This ensures a seamless exchange of data and allows you to streamline bookings from multiple platforms into our ERP solution for efficient booking management and processing.
ERP systems involve initial setup costs, which cover installation, configuration, and training. There are also ongoing costs such as subscription fees for cloud-based access and support. However, these costs are typically offset by the efficiencies and cost savings the system provides over time. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees and offer flexible plans to suit your business size and needs.
Our standard minimum contract is 24 months, designed to give your business the opportunity to fully experience the benefits of implementing an ERP system. This period allows sufficient time for your team to adapt to the platform, optimise processes, and see measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity. A 24-month timeframe also aligns with the long-term nature of business growth and strategic planning. It ensures that you can take full advantage of the system’s capabilities while providing a stable foundation for scaling your operations, reducing costs, and improving overall performance. We believe in fostering partnerships that support your success, and this commitment period reflects our dedication to delivering value that helps your business thrive.
