"Part of the system we have includes a Driver’s Portal, where each guide has an individual login they can access on their phone. It covers: Vehicle checks at the start of the day Rosters Manifests for today and tomorrow Lunch orders For example, on the Blue Mountains tour, lunch is included. Guides can see individual passenger selections and input them into the portal. When collecting clients, they click 'onboard,' allowing us in the office to see who’s on the vehicle and who’s still to be picked up. We can also track vehicles in real-time. This system integrates everything, making both the driver’s and our office jobs much easier."
